Registered Nurse - Behavioral Health

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for coordinating comprehensive nursing care, including direct patient interactions, patient/family education, and transitions of care. The RN supports professional nursing practice across various settings, adhering to the Mayo Clinic Nursing Practice Model and ANA standards.

Responsibilities

• Planning, implementing, evaluating, and communicating all phases of patient care
• Providing leadership through mentorship, informal leadership roles, and quality improvement initiatives
• Delegating tasks based on skill level, patient acuity, and resource availability

Requirements

• Nursing degree
• Current RN licensure
• BLS certification
• One year of RN or LPN experience (preferred)
