Triangle Springs is a 77-bed behavioral health hospital located in Raleigh, North Carolina, providing care for patients with mental health and substance use disorders. As a Registered Nurse (RN) joining our team, you're embracing a vital mission dedicated to making communities healthier. Our Behavioral Health team provides compassionate, patient-centered care in a supportive and collaborative environment. Nurses work closely with interdisciplinary teams to care for patients with psychiatric and substance use disorders.

Responsibilities

• Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs
• Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions
• Provides care appropriate to condition and age of the patient
• Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record
• Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient
• Performs timely and accurate QI assessments

Requirements

• Current RN license in the state of North Carolina
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire
• Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) certification required within 30 days of hire
• One year of nursing experience preferred
• Behavioral Health or Psychiatric experience preferred
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and de-escalation skills
• Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations
• Commitment to patient-centered, compassionate care

Schedule

8-hour day shift (7:30am-4:00pm)

Pay

Sign-on bonus: $10,000
