About the Role
The Medical-Surgical nurse manages the care of adult, geriatric, and pediatric patients experiencing general medical conditions or general surgical procedures. The nurse must assess patient condition, administer medications, change dressings, monitor vital signs, keep records, and provide support and education to patients and families.

Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program or NLN approved program
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred
- Previous nursing experience preferred
Qualifications
- RN license active in the state of Missouri
- BLS must be obtained within 90 days
- ACLS must be obtained within one year of hire
- PALS must be obtained within one year of hire
