Registered Nurse

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide quality nursing care in a compassionate environment. The role requires a dependable, flexible professional committed to delivering compassionate geriatric care, with opportunities for ongoing training and development.

Responsibilities

• Follow physician’s orders, regulations, and facility policies to ensure patient care quality
• Administer medications (oral, SQ, IM, IV) as prescribed
• Supervise and guide nursing assistants and orderlies
• Assist physicians during rounds, physical exams, and treatments
• Perform treatments, document appropriately, and maintain infection control standards
• Support records management, assessments, and scheduling physicals for patients

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Nursing School with a valid North Carolina RN license
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to supervise staff, work collaboratively, and demonstrate patience and tact
• Strong decision-making skills with attention to patient safety
