Responsibilities

• Facilitate, communicate, and collaborate with both the healthcare team and the patient/family to identify and meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of the patient.
• Promote the optimal health, well-being, and safety of the patient through use of the nursing process and in accordance with patient care standards, guidelines, and the State Nurse Practice Act.
• Demonstrate personal accountability for relationship-based care, organizational mission, and core values.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; Nursing Diploma or by endorsement.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required for new graduates, preferred for experienced RNs.
• One year of experience preferred.
• Nursing skills and knowledge base specific to specialty.
• RN License required; current state nursing licenses or valid RN license from a participating state in the National Licensure Compact.
• Medium Work - Exert up to 50 lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs frequently, and/or up to 10 lbs constantly.

Located in Lakewood, Colorado, St. Anthony Hospital is a Level I Trauma Center providing a full range of medical specialties and health care services to Denver and the surrounding region through our state-of-the-art medical campus and home base for Flight For Life Colorado. With four trauma rooms including the T-10 room, a dedicated field-to-surgery suite ready 24/7 for trauma surgeons and specially trained teams, our staff can provide life-saving care to the most severely ill and injured patients.

$33.15 - $59.67 per hour
