As a vital member of the care team, the RN acts as an advisor and resource for patients and families, developing assessment, intervention, and communication skills. Qualifications Associate’s degree or Nursing Diploma Maryland RN license Less than 1 year of experience AHA CPR certification Key Duties Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal outcomes Manage complex oncology cases, including chemotherapy complications Support patient and family education and communication Develop clinical skills in oncology and post-operative care
