About Recovery Centers of America
Founded in 2015, RCA has treated over 77,000 patients and is on a mission to save one million lives from the disease of addiction. Our treatment centers operate 24/7, providing compassionate, evidence-based care. Many of our team members have walked the path of recovery themselves, bringing a level of understanding and support that makes RCA a uniquely impactful place to work. A former patient may not be hired at the same location where they were treated until a minimum of one year has elapsed since the completion of their treatment at that location. Former patients may be considered for employment at locations within RCA other than where they were treated within a year after treatment.
