About the Role

Provide safe, evidence-based recovery care to surgical patients post-anesthesia in the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU).

Responsibilities

• Continuous assessment and monitoring of patient conditions.
• Manage airway, pain, and hemodynamic stability.
• Educate patients and families about post-operative care.
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Document care accurately in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Uphold safety and infection-control standards.
• Respond promptly to changes in patient condition.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse.
