Responsibilities
- Supervise patient care, lead assessments, and develop personalized care plans.
- Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families to understand their needs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient support.
- Serve as a resource for staff, addressing complex patient needs and inquiries.
- Celebrate patient milestones and progress.
Requirements
- Valid RN licensure per state requirements.
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
- CRRN certification preferred.
- Experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is a plus.
