Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for adult and geriatric patients in a rehab setting.
• Administer medications, provide wound care, and support patient recovery.
• Educate patients and their families to promote understanding and engagement in care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including therapists and physicians to ensure coordinated treatment.

Qualifications & Skills

• Licensed Registered Nurse with relevant experience in inpatient or rehabilitation care.
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and provide compassionate patient care.
