As a Laser Hair Removal Provider, you will deliver safe, effective treatments while helping clients build confidence and achieve long-term results. Your Impact
- Perform laser hair removal treatments according to medical protocols and safety standards. Complete pre-treatment setup, operate laser equipment, and perform daily equipment checks.
- Educate and guide clients on treatment plans, expected results, and pre/post-care. Reinforce progress and recommend additional treatment areas based on client goals and outcomes.
- Deliver a professional, welcoming experience where clients feel informed and confident. Personalize treatments, anticipate client needs, and encourage rebooking and reviews.
- Prepare treatment rooms, flip rooms between clients, and maintain clinic cleanliness. Follow operational standards including opening/closing tasks, inventory, and equipment readiness.
- Partner with clinic teams to support daily operations and clinic sales goals. Communicate scheduling updates and model Milan’s standards of professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Perform laser hair removal treatments following Milan’s established medical protocols.
- Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care to ensure safe and effective results.
- Document treatments accurately and maintain compliant medical records.
- Prepare treatment rooms and equipment to ensure safe and efficient client flow.
- Maintain a clean, professional clinical environment between treatments.
- Discuss treatment progress with clients and recommend additional treatment areas when appropriate.
- Encourage client reviews and referrals through excellent service.
- Support daily clinic operations including scheduling, confirming appointments, and maintaining client records.
- Assist with opening and closing duties and treatment room preparation.
- Perform minor maintenance and cleaning of laser equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with clinic leadership and team members to support clinic goals and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- Passion for providing exceptional patient care and client service.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to educate clients clearly and confidently.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and clinical protocols.
- Interest in the aesthetics industry and helping clients achieve confidence-building results.
- After completing training, ability to support onboarding and training of new providers.
