Responsibilities
- Provide skilled, compassionate care to adult patients with complex cardiac and renal conditions
- Perform comprehensive assessments and interpret monitoring data
- Manage medications and IV therapies
- Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
- Educate patients and families about their conditions and care plans
- Support safe patient discharges and ensure thorough EHR documentation
Qualifications & Skills
- Registered Nurse licensure
- Experience in cardiac and nephrology care preferred
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
