Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive, evidence-based care to adult patients with neurologic and complex medical conditions
- Perform thorough neuro assessments and administer medications and IV therapies
- Develop and implement care plans, and educate patients and their families
- Ensure accurate documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR)
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Qualifications and Skills
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse
- Strong clinical knowledge of neurological and medical-surgical patient care
- Excellent assessment, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team, demonstrating safety and clinical excellence
