About the Role

Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care
- Administer medications and treatments
- Monitor patient progress
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Support safe patient discharges
- Educate patients and families about care plans
- Provide comprehensive nursing care in a fast-paced rehab setting
- Ensure patient safety and promote recovery through teamwork and education
Requirements
