About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, individualized care in a rehabilitation setting.
Responsibilities
- Supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, and tailoring care plans.
- Building meaningful relationships with patients and families to support recovery.
- Collaborating with departments to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
- Supporting and resourceing fellow staff with complex patient needs.
- Celebrating patient milestones and progress.
Requirements
- Valid RN licensure as per state regulations.
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
- CRRN certification preferred.
- Experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is advantageous.
