We are seeking a Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, individualized patient care in a rehabilitation setting. This role involves building strong relationships with patients and families to support recovery, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and serving as a resource for staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise treatments and lead patient assessments
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Address patient concerns and provide education
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes

Requirements

• Valid RN license
• CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
• Experience in a rehabilitation hospital preferred
