Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments
- Implement and monitor individualized healthcare plans
- Monitor patient conditions and adjust care as needed
- Collaborate with medical teams and interdisciplinary staff
- Provide clinical oversight and training to direct-care staff
- Apply critical thinking to address biological, physical, and behavioral health needs
Requirements
- Accredited Registered Nurse degree
- Current state RN license
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Minimum 2 years of medication administration experience
- Valid driver’s license and access to an insured vehicle
