About the Role

Provide patient-centered care across Medical-Surgical units, floating to various departments to support staffing needs while ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with protocols.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and deliver patient-centered care in Medical-Surgical settings
• Administer medications and IV therapies
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Float to various MedSurg units to support staffing needs
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with established protocols

Requirements

• Valid Registered Nurse license
• Strong clinical skills in MedSurg settings
• Excellent patient assessment and care planning abilities
• Ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare teams
• Flexibility to float across units and adapt to different patient needs
