About the Role

Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, and develop personalized care plans. Build meaningful relationships with patients and families to support recovery. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery. Support and mentor fellow staff in managing complex patient needs. Celebrate patient milestones and progress.

Requirements

• Valid RN licensure as per state regulations
• CPR certification; ACLS and CRRN preferred
• Experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is advantageous
