About the role
We are seeking a passionate Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, individualized care in a rehabilitation setting.
Responsibilities
- Supervising care, leading patient assessments, and developing tailored care plans.
- Building meaningful relationships with patients and families to support recovery.
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care and providing direct patient care as needed.
- Supporting and mentoring fellow staff members with complex patient needs.
- Celebrating patient milestones and progress.
Requirements
- Valid RN licensure per state requirements.
- CPR certification; ACLS and CRRN preferred.
- Experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is advantageous.
