About the role
Provide individualized, compassionate care to support patient recovery and rehabilitation goals in a leading rehabilitation setting.
Responsibilities
- Supervise treatments, lead assessments, and develop care plans.
- Address patient concerns and build strong relationships with patients and families to facilitate healing.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure coordinated, quality care.
- Support and mentor fellow staff in managing complex patient needs.
- Utilize technology and evidence-based practices to optimize patient outcomes.
Key Duties
- Supervising and delivering patient care.
- Assessing patient needs and creating personalized care plans.
- Engaging with patients and families to support recovery.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care.
- Supporting staff and celebrating patient milestones.
Requirements
- Valid RN licensure per state requirements.
- CPR certification; ACLS and CRRN preferred.
- One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital is preferred.
