About the role

Provide individualized, compassionate care to support patient recovery and rehabilitation goals in a leading rehabilitation setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise treatments, lead assessments, and develop care plans.
• Address patient concerns and build strong relationships with patients and families to facilitate healing.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure coordinated, quality care.
• Support and mentor fellow staff in managing complex patient needs.
• Utilize technology and evidence-based practices to optimize patient outcomes.

Key Duties

• Supervising and delivering patient care.
• Assessing patient needs and creating personalized care plans.
• Engaging with patients and families to support recovery.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care.
• Supporting staff and celebrating patient milestones.

Requirements

• Valid RN licensure per state requirements.
• CPR certification; ACLS and CRRN preferred.
• One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital is preferred.
