Provide evidence-based care on the Med-Surg unit.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care effectively.
• Manage medications and IV therapies to ensure patient safety.
• Coordinate patient discharges and educate patients and families.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to promote quality care.
• Accurately document in the EHR and support quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements
