About the Role
Deliver expert nursing care to adult patients with complex cardiac and renal conditions on a busy medical-surgical unit.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, and implement evidence-based nursing interventions.
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and renal function.
- Manage medications and coordinate multidisciplinary care.
- Provide patient and family education.
- Ensure accurate documentation in the EMR.
- Support safe transitions of care.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong clinical knowledge in cardiac and renal care.
- Experience in medical-surgical nursing preferred.
- Excellent assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-focused, fast-paced environment.
