About the Role
Provide specialized nursing care for adult patients with acute, complex medical-surgical, and trauma conditions in a high-acuity setting.
Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor adult patients with acute, complex medical-surgical, and trauma needs
- Administer medications and treatments
- Support rapid response efforts and coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team
- Educate patients and families on care plans
- Ensure accurate documentation and promote safety and compassionate care
Requirements
- Licensed Registered Nurse
- Relevant medical-surgical and trauma experience
- Strong assessment, clinical, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a team
