What you’ll do: Provide nursing oversight across residential homes Coordinate care and proactively follow up on clinical concerns Collaborate closely with direct support professionals, providers, families, and clinical teams Teach, train, and support staff to strengthen quality of care Participate in quality improvement and audit activities What we’re looking for: Active RN License Minimum 1 year of RN experience required Passion for person-centered care and collaboration Come work with Ability Beyond, where your knowledge, judgement, and compassion will truly be valued. #RN
