About the role

The Assistant Clinical Manager at Henry Ford Hospital is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the provision of patient care services within the department. They also assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of budgets, quality improvement programs, staffing levels, goals, objectives, regulatory compliance, and policies within the department. Additionally, they assist in the evaluation and discipline of personnel.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
• Two years RN experience.
• Current RN license in the State of Michigan.
• BCLS/ACLS per unit's standard.
• Certifications appropriate for specific unit.
