REGISTERED NURSE – ANDROLOGY & FERTILITY SPECIALIST (MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN BOTH)

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with strong clinical expertise in both urology/andrology and fertility care to support individuals navigating male reproductive health and fertility journeys. This specialized role requires a dual-focus background to provide expert guidance across male infertility, hormonal health (including andropause), and fertility treatment pathways.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide consultative support focused on male infertility, andropause, and fertility pathways
• Educate members on diagnostics, treatment options (including IVF and IUI), and lifestyle interventions
• Interpret semen analysis and support male fertility assessments
• Collaborate with reproductive endocrinologists and urologists
• Guide members through benefits navigation and personalized care planning
• Maintain accurate documentation while supporting clinical quality initiatives

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 5 years of combined experience in both urology/andrology AND fertility care (experience in both is required)
• Strong expertise in male reproductive health and fertility treatments
• Experience delivering consultative patient care and education
