Registered Nurse - Ambulatory Surgery - Days

About the Role

This full-time position is based in Skokie with travel to Evanston, Glenbrook, and Highland Park Hospitals.

Schedule

Flexible start time between 5:00 AM and 11:30 AM, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care across patient populations.
• Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate care plans.
• Engage patients and families in care decisions.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and make outcome-based decisions.
• Lead and guide unlicensed staff.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved nursing school (BSN preferred).
• Valid Illinois RN License and BLS certification.
• At least 6 months of RN experience (preferred).
• Basic computer skills.
