Registered Nurse - Ambulatory Surgery - Days

Position: Registered Nurse Location: Glenbrook Hospital with travel to Evanston, Skokie, and Highland Park Hospitals Responsibilities include: Providing safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care across diverse patient populationsUtilizing the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plansEngaging patients and families in care decisionsEnsuring regulatory compliance and maintaining professional accountabilityLeading and supervising unlicensed nursing staff in delivering interdisciplinary careCollaborating with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes and continuity of care Qualifications and skills required: Graduate of a state-approved nursing program; BSN preferredLicensed as an RN in IllinoisCPR/BLS certification from the American Heart AssociationSix months RN experience in a similar role (preferred)Basic computer skills This role offers competitive hourly pay based on experience, with benefits such as shift differentials, incentives, career growth opportunities, health and wellness plans, tuition reimbursement, retirement options, paid time off, and community involvement initiatives.
