About the Role

The registered nurse (RN) provides comprehensive patient care, including assessment, preparation, and post‑procedure support, ensuring safety and high patient satisfaction. The role emphasizes compassionate care, adherence to regulatory standards, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Perform IV starts and medication administration.
• Conduct point‑of‑care testing and monitor patient conditions.
• Collaborate with staff and educate patients and caregivers.
• Participate in quality‑improvement and safety initiatives.
• Supervise staff, orient new team members, and assume charge nurse roles as needed.

Qualifications and Skills

• Graduate from a nursing specialty training program (required).
• Experience in operating‑room settings and CNOR certification preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong assessment, communication, and patient‑education skills.
• Ability to perform technical procedures and monitor patient responses.
• Commitment to safety, quality improvement, and team collaboration.
