What You'll Do
- Serve as a clinical leader and patient advocate
- Support safe, efficient, and high-quality care in the ambulatory setting
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Deliver specialty-specific nursing care
- Execute provider orders and nursing interventions
- Coordinate referrals, care transitions, and support services
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust care plans
- Communicate clearly and professionally with patients, providers, and care team members
- Respond effectively to urgent or emergency situations
- Foster a compassionate, respectful, and patient-centered environment
What We're Looking For
- Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required
- If your RN nursing license has been inactive, retired or lapsed for five years or more, successful completion of a Board approved refresher course is required prior to reactivating or reinstating your license
- Experience: One year relevant experience, preferred
- Licensure/Certification: Current RN license in appropriate state, required
- ACLS, PALS, BAT and DOT, required
