About the role

Lee Health is expanding its team of Registered Nurses (RNs) across various specialties to support its mission of providing exceptional care in a family-like environment. The organization is located on the Fort Myers/Cape Coral, FL coastline and is known for achieving Magnet®️ Designation for three of its hospitals and being on the Magnet®️ Journey for the other two.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans based on medical needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care coordination.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.

Requirements

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
• Experience in relevant specialty area preferred.

Pay

Salary posted is the Minimum to Midpoint range for bedside RNs in non-critical care roles.

Schedule

Shift differential is $6/hr for nights and $3/hr for evenings.
