Registered Nurse - Advanced Care at Home

This role is for an on-site registered nurse in the Nursing department, focusing on Advanced Care at Home (ACH), a virtual inpatient nursing unit that delivers high-acuity care via telemedicine in patients' homes. Responsibilities include performing patient assessments, medication verification, and patient educationcollaborating with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate careproviding coverage on inpatient units as needed Qualifications require a nursing degree and valid RN licensepreferably one year of RN or LPN experience Skills needed include excellent communication, teamwork, critical thinking, and computer skillsability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays Additional requirements are current BLS certification, applicable state licensure, and demonstrated leadership abilities Compensation is competitive, with benefits including health, dental, vision, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
