About the role

Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for delivering comprehensive patient care, assessments, and care planning in a clinical setting. The role emphasizes a patient-centered approach aligned with organizational values of kindness, excellence, learning, innovation, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Performing assessments and addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families.
• Developing, coordinating, and implementing individualized care plans with interdisciplinary team collaboration.
• Providing direct care such as treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures following policies and procedures.
• Evaluating nursing interventions' effectiveness and adjusting care plans accordingly.
• Collaborating with physicians and staff to resolve patient needs proactively.
• Troubleshooting equipment issues and participating in evidence-based practice decision-making.
• Contributing to quality and safety initiatives and team goals, ensuring high patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Specialty Training Program in Nursing.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Schedule

Shift hours are typically 7p-7:30a with holiday and weekend requirements.
