Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for delivering compassionate, high-quality patient care in a medical-surgical telemetry unit. Responsibilities: Assess, plan, and evaluate nursing activities; address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs; coordinate care plans and discharge planning; administer treatments, medications, and diagnostics; evaluate intervention effectiveness; collaborate with interdisciplinary teams; troubleshoot equipment; contribute to evidence-based practice; participate in quality, safety, and unit decision-making; promote patient satisfaction and safety. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of a Specialty Training Program in Nursing; ability to perform assessments, provide direct patient care, and work collaboratively; compassion and excellent communication skills; ability to problem-solve and adapt to a dynamic environment.
