Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments
- Develop and coordinate individualized care plans
- Provide direct treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures
- Evaluate intervention effectiveness
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Troubleshoot equipment issues
- Participate in quality and safety initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Ensure high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care
- Promote positive patient and family experiences
- Participate in unit decision-making and safety programs
- Uphold organizational policies
- Assess patient needs, plan, execute, and evaluate nursing activities within scope of practice
Qualifications
- Graduate of a Specialty Training Program in Nursing (required)
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred)

Schedule
