This position involves providing comprehensive inpatient nursing care, including assessments, treatment, medication administration, and patient education. Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs.
• Coordinate and deliver care, treatments, and diagnostics according to policies.
• Evaluate intervention effectiveness and revise care plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with physicians and team members to resolve patient needs.
• Participate in quality improvement, safety programs, and evidence-based practices.
• Promote compassionate, patient-centered interactions to enhance patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a Nursing Specialty Training Program (required)
• Bachelor's Degree preferred

Schedule

Work hours include overnight shifts with weekend and holiday requirements.
