About the role

Inpatient Registered Nurse providing comprehensive patient care in a medical-surgical unit.

Responsibilities

Conduct assessments, develop and coordinate individualized care plans, administer treatments and medications, monitor patient responses, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Promote safety, compassion, and patient satisfaction through effective communication and education. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and unit-based decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills
