Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of one year of staff nursing experience; psych experience preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
• Current Illinois Nursing license and CPR certification.
• Effective communication skills and ability to supervise others.
• Additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, or NRP may be required depending on unit needs.
