Registered Nurse - Adult Crisis Therapeutic Home
About the role
Make a real difference by providing compassionate nursing care to adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs in our Crisis Therapeutic Home.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications, perform nursing assessments, and ensure each individual receives the highest standard of care.
- Educate and empower individuals regarding their physical and mental health.
- Collaborate with a dedicated interdisciplinary team to create personalized care and treatment plans.
- Ensure safety and compliance by maintaining accurate documentation and following all clinical standards.
- Play an essential role in promoting stability, recovery, and hope for those we serve.
- Provide guidance to Behavior Techs and LPNs as needed.
Requirements
- Current, valid, unrestricted RN license in the state of Virginia.
- Knowledge of mental health and intellectual/developmental disability (I/DD) systems of care (preferred).
- Experience in crisis prevention and intervention services (preferred).
- Valid driver’s license and car insurance for occasional transportation to appointments.

Pay
Competitive rate: $75,000+ (based on experience).
Schedule
Monday – Friday 7 am – 3 pm OR 3 pm – 11 pm.
