Registered Nurse - Administrative Supervisor

About the role

You will be responsible for administrative oversight of patient care provided for patients in the facility using the policies and procedures of Essentia Health. You will organize and provide nursing care to patients through the process of assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. You will delegate aspects of care to other nursing personnel based upon their licensure, preparation, and job descriptions. You will contribute to the meeting of the mission and goals of the facility and Essentia, and meet the requirements of the Joint Commission if applicable and/or other federal, state, and local regulatory or accrediting agencies.

• Cookordinate care across departments and community resources
• Build relationships with patients and families during important moments in their care journey
• See the direct impact of your work on patient outcomes and experience

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of acute care RN experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Active RN license in your state of employment
• BLS certification (or ability to obtain within 1 month)
