Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for Inpatient Rehab to provide comprehensive patient care using the nursing process. Responsibilities include evaluating care effectiveness, coordinating with other departments, maintaining patient rights and confidentiality, and ensuring adherence to organizational standards. The role involves working in a collaborative environment to support adult and geriatric patients with neurological and medical conditions such as brain injury, spinal injury, CVA, amputation, and other neurological syndromes. Qualifications include a nursing degree (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN), current RN license, and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. This full-time position is on night shifts with a sign-on bonus offering $10,000 for graduate nurses and $13,000 for experienced nurses.
