Role Overview

Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care delivered by team members. Coordinates patient care with other departments, maintains patient rights, and upholds confidentiality in alignment with organizational standards.

Responsibilities

• Performing comprehensive nursing duties for adult and geriatric patients with neurological and medical conditions such as CVA, brain injury, spinal injury, and more.
• Collaborating with healthcare team members to deliver holistic rehabilitation care.
• Assessing patient needs, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans.
• Ensuring compliance with safety, confidentiality, and professional standards.

Qualifications and Skills

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN licensure in the state or compact license.
• Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or within 30 days of hire.
• Strong clinical skills, teamwork, and communication abilities.
