About the Role

Seeking an Acute Internal Medicine Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. The role involves assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. You will promote patient and family-centered care, educate on illness management, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and develop individualized care plans. The nurse will utilize critical skills to address physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs while respecting patient preferences and values. This position is safety-sensitive, requiring alertness and safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team

Requirements

• Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing (minimum education)
• RN licensure required
• No prior experience necessary; preferred candidate has less than 2 years of experience and a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
