Role Overview

This position involves providing high-quality acute care to patients with complex medical conditions, collaborating closely with physicians and healthcare professionals to deliver effective treatment. It emphasizes promoting patient-centered care, educating patients and families on managing their health, and ensuring safety and quality compliance. The role requires developing and implementing individualized care plans, assessing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, and respecting patient values and cultural considerations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient and family education on illness management and post-treatment care.
• Participate in safety, quality, and regulatory activities, along with ongoing professional development.
• Create, document, and communicate comprehensive care plans in collaboration with the interprofessional team and patients.
• Assess patient needs holistically, considering emotional, spiritual, and cultural factors.
• Provide direct patient care, promoting safety, participating in professional growth, and supporting a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient management.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum Education: Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing.
• Licensure: RN license required.
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and 2 years of experience.
• Competencies: Critical nursing skills, teamwork, communication, and safety awareness.
