Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate from Specialty Training Program-Nursing (Required)
• Ability to perform assessments, formulate care plans, and provide direct patient care
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
• Commitment to safety, quality improvement, and evidence-based practice

Key Duties

• Assess, plan, coordinate, and evaluate nursing activities
• Address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families
• Provide treatments, medications, and diagnostic studies per policies
• Collaborate with physicians and team members to resolve patient needs
• Participate in unit decisions, quality initiatives, and safety programs
