Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for providing compassionate, high-quality patient care in a clinical environment. Responsibilities

• Perform assessments, develop, coordinate, and implement individualized care plans.
• Deliver direct patient care including treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures.
• Evaluate nursing interventions and adjust plans based on patient responses.
• Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary team members, and support staff to address patient needs.
• Participate in decision-making, quality improvement, safety initiatives, and evidence-based practices.
• Ensure patient and family education, discharge planning, and holistic care addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Specialty Training Program in Nursing
• Bachelor's Degree preferred

• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and adapt to a fast-paced environment

Schedule

Work hours include evening shifts with holiday and weekend responsibilities.
