Registered Nurse - Acute Care Medical

Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for assessing, planning, and delivering comprehensive patient care in a clinical environment. Key Responsibilities: Conduct patient assessments, coordinate and implement care plans, provide treatments and medications, evaluate intervention effectiveness, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, troubleshoot equipment, and promote safety and patient satisfaction. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a nursing specialty training program, with the ability to meet unit-specific standards. Strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and clinical skills are essential. Knowledge of evidence-based practices and safety protocols is required.
