Registered Nurse - Acute Care Cardiac Telemetry Unit
About the role
This inpatient RN position involves providing comprehensive patient care, including assessments, treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures, while addressing patients' physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs. The RN collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to develop, coordinate, and evaluate individualized care plans, ensuring effective discharge planning and patient education. The RN also troubleshoots equipment, participates in evidence-based practice initiatives, and promotes patient safety and quality improvement efforts.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
