Position: Registered NurseType: Hourly contractCompensation: $60-$70/hourLocation: RemoteCommitment: 10-40 hours/week Role ResponsibilitiesAnnotate and review inpatient clinical documentation, including nursing notes, progress notes, care plans, orders, lab results, and discharge summaries.Evaluate AI-generated outputs for clinical accuracy, patient safety, and appropriateness across diverse inpatient care scenarios.Apply bedside nursing judgment and knowledge of inpatient workflows and standards of care to validate and improve clinical datasets.Collaborate with project stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve ambiguities in clinical documentation.Provide detailed feedback on guidelines and complex cases to improve project workflows and AI model performance.Review clinical records across diverse inpatient populations and healthcare settings.Support the development of high-quality AI training data through accurate clinical annotation and validation. RequirementsActive Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with eligibility to practice in the United States.Strong experience in inpatient bedside nursing.Broad clinical knowledge across diverse inpatient populations and care scenarios.Familiarity with inpatient workflows, clinical documentation practices, and standards of care.Experience in academic hospitals or large healthcare systems is preferred.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.Ability to collaborate effectively and apply sound clinical judgment when reviewing medical records and AI-generated content.
